Self-issued, free of charge
Drivers and participants create their pass themselves. No contract, no activation, no cost — neither for the person nor for the company.
The free driver pass whose data never leaves the phone.
The queue forms at the gate: record the data, retype it, check it. aircargo ID turns that around. Every driver or participant creates their own pass, free of charge. The pass is a QR code that carries all of the details inside it — on a phone or on paper. There is no central data store behind it: once a pass is issued we do not know what it contains, only that one was issued. Data minimisation here is not a setting, it is the architecture.
For acceptance points
The pass reduces errors during capture. Wairhouse then handles acceptance, inventory, pickup and billing in the warehouse process.

The QR code carries the details in full. Scanning reads them from the pass rather than fetching them from a database — so the pass works without any connection to us.
Nothing of the content stays with us after issuing. We know that a pass was created — not for whom or with which details. What is never stored cannot be lost.
Retyped details are the most common source of error at acceptance. A scanned pass delivers the data exactly as entered — which speeds up handling and cuts the number of queries.
The pass is not tied to our software. We actively support companies and software vendors in building pass handling into their own processes — the benefit only materialises once many acceptance points can read them.
Wairhouse starts at acceptance, aircargo ID one step earlier at the gate. Together they cover the path from the arriving driver to the booked-in shipment.
