Hello, my name is Fred Kressaty, and I am an experienced Coaching Professional who works with people, couples, families, and professionals who want to be empowered and make great life changes. My mission is to teach humans how to effectively adjust to life's obstacles while remaining loyal to their rules in order to help them get "unstuck" from overpowering negative thoughts. We all deserve, in my opinion, to live more awake, purposeful, happy, and fulfilled lives. I have a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Liberty University, an MBA from Pepperdine University, and a BA in Sociology from St. Francis College.
